Accepted Answer

What you need to provide:
FORMAT (icon/portrait, halfbody, fullbody, canvas orientation and resolution/size)
REFERENCES (reference images of the character + pose, facial expression, background, color palette, etc...)
DEADLINE (Ex.: 2 months)
PAYMENT (in CHF or USD through Paypal or Twint)

I'll ask clarifying questions (and possibly do a quick doodle) to make sure I've grasped your request before I take on the job. I then keep you updated with pictures between each main step of the process, during which you either give me the go-ahead or request changes.

Updates can be requested any time throughout the creation process! I typically respond to messages within the same day, but worst case scenario within 3 days.

NO hateful, racist and overall bigoted artwork
NO artwork made to bully or harass someone

Question 4

Payment

Accepted Answer

UPFRONT PAYMENT ONLY due to past instances of theft.

Payments are to be made in either CHF or USD, through Paypal or Twint (Switzerland).

Price is discussed and agreed upon within the initial interaction, and may vary depending on difficulty and detail of the request. 
A small fee may be charged if a considerable amount of changes is requested throughout the creation process.

Question 5

Refunds

Accepted Answer

Refunds are generally not possible, unless I haven't started your commission yet.
If your commission is not yet complete, a partial refund can be discussed.
It is the client's responsibility to first research the artist's works and skills, and to communicate any wanted changes during the creation process (not after), to ensure a satisfying end-product.
