Choosing Size

Measure of circumference of your neck in inches. That is your size when ordering.

Since most of our collarettes are ready-to-wear, it is best to get your size right. Our sizes range from neck size 12, 12.5, 13, 13.5 all through to 17.5 and 18. These are in inches.

Customization

Accepted Answer

Customization Minimum Order Quantity is 20pcs per design. Customization covers design and/or size customisations. Fees apply.

The only exception to the MOQ is for custom  natural pearl (freshwater or seawater) embellishments on collarettes. For such custom orders, the minimum order quantity is one (1). Terms and conditions apply.

Logo and packaging customisations are not available.

We deliver worldwide through DHL and FedEx.

Providing the right delivery information is very important. Please fill out properly and add any further notes when ordering on the site

Tracking

From the moment you order on our online shop, you get updates on your products. From your payment to processing. We also give you the courier tracking information so you know where your product is at any point in time.

Remember that you receive updates if you provide your email address. We endeavour to send WhatsApp updates but that is not automated so there can be issues with that.

Return Policy

The Orison hang tag on apparel is a guarantee that covers only manufacturer's defects for collarettes. If you find such defects, the product may be exchanged where notice of defect was given not later than 3 days from date of in-person purchase or the date of receipt of the product for online purchases.

Guarantee is invalid if the product, tags or the guarantee tag has been defaced, detached or removed or lost.

Product cannot be returned for wrong size chosen by a customer. Returns based on size problem is only available when size was recommended by us through custom fittings or orders.

Fabric Care

Read the care instructions label in your product carefully!!! 
Since collarettes are mostly white or ivory coloured (our high-end range) handle with extra care to preserve the colour and fabric beauty.
1. Do not bleach your collarettes.
1. Do not iron the belts (if any) and any part that has pearls, delicate lace, sequins, stones or crystals
3. Machin wash delicate and handwash normal. 
4. wash with similar colours.
5. Line dry and do not dry clean your collarettes.
6. If in anyway you stain a portion of your collarettes, spot-treat the stained portion only.
PS: No part of the collarettes havedyes that can cause dye transfer. Your camisoles are safe. No staining from our products.

Products are made from hypoallergenic, bio-degradable and recyclable fabrics, pearls, rhinestones and other embellishments. The same goes for our packaging materials and tags.

We are a sustainability conscious enterprise so we endeavour to use materials that do not harm humans and the planet.

Pearls on collarettes are not freshwater or seawater pearls but are very high-quality factory-made pearls. They come in natural ivory pearl colour or pure white. Jewelries and other accessories we sell may be pure pearls.

Our production process does not involve testing on animals or humans and we observe fair practices.

We accept all credit cards and all mobile money platforms. Our checkout page uses Paystack. For that matter all Paystack options applicable in your jurisdiction are acceptable at checkout.

We do not accept debit cards, discount cards or cheques.

Note that we do not require payment information for subscription or follows on any of our online platforms. Beware of fraudsters.

Discounts acceptable are coupon codes from us and discounts on our online platforms. Terms and conditions apply to such discounts and coupons.
