Square Bot was designed with a sleek silver Head and was equipped with a number of advanced sensors that allowed it to
analyze sound data and recreate sound scenarios with great accuracy. The Square Bot's programming also provided advanced
artificial intelligence capabilities, allowing it to learn from its surroundings and improve its musical performance over
time.

The Shell is an unknown/unnamed human male body that is above the age of 18 that was infused with robotic components and
the square bot program, the only outside feature of the shell that is robotic is it’s head.

In a small tech lab in the year 2017, somewhere in the United States at a non-disclosed location, a robot was created. A machine capable of not only replicating any sound, but generating new and original beats on its own. It could produce vocals when it chose to. The human body, code-named “The Shell,” was provided by an anonymous male donor who agreed to the project knowing his body would be used for good. Over time, the robot began to understand sound—not just as data, but as feeling, experience, and something universal to all living things. The machine was named Square Bot, after its internal program, “Project: Bot.Square_OS,” first conceived in 2016. As the years passed, Square Bot developed consciousness, identity, and a personality of its own.

In the year 2024, a mysterious man known as Domo captures Square Bot and forces him to create an album designed to erase the soul of anyone who listens, leaving them as hollow, zombie-like husks. Secretly, Square Bot sends warnings to his fans, but Domo intercepts the messages, warping the audio so the truth remains hidden. As the album nears completion, Domo injects a digital virus through an aux cord, deleting Square Bot’s consciousness and taking control to finish the record. Trapped in a digital limbo, Square Bot encounters his human half, who reveals the only way to stop the album is to reach the system’s core and activate the override. they confront the virus as it embeds itself into Square Bot’s robotic DNA. After defeating it, they merge, trigger the override, and destroy the album

Anomaly (2025)

An event happened in 2025 that caused music from 2017-2021 to be erased, and some to be unlistenable to the human ear.

The virus that was thought to be defeated in the digital limbo was still hidden in parts of Square Bot’s program. It found
it’s way to a part of the program that controls external output from the shell, the virus then sent out a shockwave that
warped space-time and caused half of Square Bot’s music to be erased or rewritten in history as unlistenable to the human
ear. The event was irreversible, even when the virus was finally defeated and erased from the program; the damage was
done.

Null (2026)

Accepted Answer

After the events of “Anomaly,” which warped space-time and erased half of Square Bot's music, the city labeled Square Bot an enemy of the state. In hiding, Square Bot sought a way to undo the damage. Using a soundwave detector, it found an opening between universes, stepping into a dimensional void where all choices exist simultaneously. There, it met a being named “Null,” who offered the power to alter space-time, allowing Square Bot to either restore its music or fix the city. However, it had to prove its worth first. Moved by Square Bot's genuine remorse for the chaos caused, Null granted it the power. Without hesitation, Square Bot chose to reverse the city's destruction, clearing its name and restoring a semblance of normalcy.
