This first edition brings together small vendors, artists, and entrepreneurs to share their creations and connect in an inspiring, easygoing vibe.

📍 Event Location | Nov 8-9 | 9AM–3PM

💰 50% deposit required to reserve your spot – non-refundable.

⏰ Remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event.

⚠️ Vendors who do not complete payment by this timeframe risk losing their space (and deposit) to the waiting list.

🕓 Vendors must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to set up their booth and avoid interruptions once the market begins.

⚙️ BYOE

📏 Booth size: 5 ft x 5 ft | You're welcome to bring your own tent according to the space dimensions.

🌿 Outdoor event.

🗑️ Handle own cleanup and trash removal.

☕ 15% staff discount on food & drinks from Simple Coffee during event hours.

☔ Weather Policy
In case of rain or adverse weather conditions, the event organizers will   offer the following options if the event must be suspended:
    - A 50% refund of the payment for the affected day(s), or
    - The option to apply the payment toward the rescheduled date.
The vendor may choose either option at their discretion.

💰 Se requiere un depósito del 50% para reservar tu espacio – no reembolsable.

⏰ El saldo restante debe pagarse máximo 3 días antes del evento.

⚠️ Quienes no completen el pago a tiempo pueden perder su espacio (y depósito) a favor de la lista de espera.

🕓 Llega al menos 30 min antes para instalar tu puesto y evitar interrupciones.

📏 Tamaño del puesto: 5 ft x 5 ft | Puedes traer tu propia carpa dentro de ese espacio.

⚙️ Cada expositor debe traer todo su propio equipo, mobiliario, materiales de montaje y elementos de exhibición.

🌿 Evento al aire libre.

🗑️ Encargarse de su propia limpieza y retiro de basura.

☕ 15% de descuento en comida y bebidas de Simple Coffee durante el evento.

☔ Política por clima:
Si el evento se suspende por lluvia, podrás elegir entre un reembolso del 50% del día afectado o aplicar tu pago a la nueva fecha reprogramada.
