A K-pop dance group based in Tallahassee FL since 2019. We perform at local events, host random dance plays, and welcome dancers of all levels.

How often are dance practices?

Practice usually happens twice a week. Times depend on group availability. Extra rehearsals may happen before performances or filming.

Is being an FSU student required to join Seoula System?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to be an FSU student to join; we just ask that you be 18+ to participate.

Question 5

When does Seoula System hold auditions?

Accepted Answer

We hold three audition periods each year:  
– Fall: early September.
– Spring: mid-January.
– Summer (Homecoming Live): June or July.

Question 6

Do I need to reaudition if I was in Seoula before?

All returning members must audition again to confirm availability for the upcoming semester.

What to Expect at Auditions?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to stretch.
	•	A Kaptain will give you a sticker with your designated number.
	•	Use that number to sign in through our online form (we’ll have a QR code available). The form will ask for basic information, availability, and song preference—be sure to fill it out as thoroughly as possible!
	•	Keep your number sticker on throughout the audition.

You’ll get to choose the song that best suits your style. Kaptains will teach both a boy group and a girl group K-pop song in a dance workshop style. Once the workshop is over, we’ll film your audition piece based on the song you learned.

Question 8

Is there anything I should bring to the audition?

Wear comfortable clothes you can dance in, and make sure to wear closed-toe shoes.
Please bring your own water and snacks.
We’ll have a sign-up link ready when you arrive to fill in your basic information, song preference, and other details.
