The Spotlight Program 

The Spotlight Program is open to Black-owned brands in any and all categories, including but not limited to:

• Fashion & Accessories
• Beauty & Wellness
• Food & Beverage
• Home & Lifestyle
• Tech & Services
• Health & Fitness
• Art, Media & Creative Industries
 
2. Brand Eligibility

To be considered for a Spotlight feature, brands must meet the following criteria:

1. The brand must be majority Black-owned (51% or greater Black ownership).
2. The brand must be an active, operating business with a functional product or service offering.
3. The brand must have an active Instagram presence (required for tagging).
4. The brand must complete the Spotlight Interest Form in full.
5. The brand must agree to the Spotlight Terms & Conditions at the time of submission.

2. The brand must be able to submit at least one the following content formats:
• Static Instagram/TikTok photos featuring the brand
• Short-form video for Reel for Stories 
• Caption text for the feature 




The Spotlight Program Eligibility 

Spotlight Interest Form

The following terms apply to all brands that submit the Spotlight Interest Form. By submitting the form, brands acknowledge and agree to these terms.
 1. NO FEE. Participation in The Spotlight Program is completely free. No payment is required or accepted for a feature.
2. NO ENDORSEMENT. A Spotlight feature is not an endorsement, recommendation, or personal guarantee by Seneca Connor of any brand, product, or service. Seneca is providing visibility only.
3. SELECTION DISCRETION. Submission does not guarantee a feature. Seneca Connor retains sole discretion over brand selection, scheduling, and content.
4. CONTENT PERMISSION. By submitting, brands grant Seneca Connor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share their publicly available content (images, logos, brand copy) for the purpose
5. ACCURATE INFORMATION. Brands represent that all information provided in the interest form is accurate and truthful, including Black ownership status.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULT.
