We started going to baby signing with Sam in Ilkeston when our son was 6 months old. The class is brilliant and Sam is very friendly and welcoming. She provides the children with fun, engaging activities and her classes give you a chance to have a chat and a drink with other parents whilst your little ones play with toys. Would definitely recommend the baby and toddler groups 😊

Very fun and engaging sessions, teaching a whole host of useful signs for baby to communicate before they're able to speak (and afterwards!). There's singing, toys, and refreshments for the adults too - an excellent shared activity!

Started attending Tiny Talk to help my 4 year old who has a speech delay. He absolutely loved these classes and his speech has developed so much in just a few months. Signing helps him focus and takes away any frustration if he can't communicate what he needs. Sam is an amazing teacher and we have continued classes with our 16 month old. We have so much fun, we all look forward to the classes each week and the monthly Saturday class.

We love going to the Saturday class with Sam. My kids range from baby to 6yo and they all love it and get involved (sometimes we take nanny and she also loves it!) Classes are fun and engaging. We always come away learning something new! Highly recommend ❤️

Tiny Talk classes with Sam are a lovely welcoming and educational baby group. I joined classes with Sam with my second baby from 5 months as my eldest really enjoyed Tiny Talk classes. Sam brings great energy to the group and is fantastic with the little ones, a load of memorable songs and themed sessions (eg. Bonfire Night, Christmas etc.) as well as a drink, biscuit and social/play time at the end. The sessions give you a wide range of signs to teach at home with your little ones and we certainly found with our eldest even a few key signs (milk, more, all gone) drastically reduced tantrums as we had a way to communicate effectively before she was able to speak.

Sam is amazing, her classes are amazing, everything about tinytalk is amazing!

Not one week is the same, the classes are energetic and engaging - I highly reccomend them.

I’ve been attending Sam’s classes since my eldest was 18months, he’s now 3 and I now have a 1yr daughter who has been attending since she was 2 weeks old. Huge bonus is that you only pay per family and not per children.

An excellent way to get little ones communicating before they can talk, continuing on to communicating when they are too shy to talk. Older toddlers love to say and sign showing everyone their skills. Classes are fun and Sam is excellent with babies,  toddlers and adults alike. I would highly recommend joining these classes.

We LOVE tiny talk! I was nervous to attend my first session by myself as a new mum but the group was so lovely. Sam was so welcoming right from the first message, she was helpful, informative and friendly and her classes are the highlight of our week! The sessions are run fantastically with a good mixture of signing, singing and play. I love being able to learn new signs and teach them to family members and it's all done in such a fun way that is easy to remember them. Sam will show us specific signs that relate to our family life and is just so knowledgeable and informative and you can see she really loves her job and cares about both what she does and our babies and toddlers and their development. Thank you for making our Fridays so enjoyable ❤️

We absolutely love Tiny talk! Our whole family has got involved and has been to sessions. Sam has so much passion for what she does and makes every class so enjoyable. Everyone is very welcoming and a great place to meet other parents. My son has been able to sign milk, being able to communicate with him before he can talk has been incredible. Highly recommend!

I love Sam and she's so easy to talk to, I have a hard time approaching and communicating with people due to my autism but I feel like tiny talk hasn't just helped Sofia socially but also helped me come out of my shell also :) I intend to keep going until Sofia turns 3 😆

We've been going to Sam's Tiny Talk baby signing in Long Eaton since our baby girl was around 15weeks. It has quickly become one of our favourite activities of the week and she has grown so much confidence there. At 13months she now has 6 signs she uses regularly and understands many more! If you're considering joining go for it! It's such a welcoming group, really friendly and inclusive. Sam is wonderful with all the babies and toddlers and so supportive of parents too. Plus its paid per family so you can always bring any visiting relatives along too😊 If need any further endorsement, when my maternity leave ended, I explicitly chose to have my fixed weekday off to be able to come to these classes!

I can’t recommend Sam enough for anyone looking for a baby/toddler class. She is brilliant with the children and her classes are fun as well as educational, my daughter picks up the signs and uses them at home. She always has plenty of props/costumes in class too. My little girl looks forward every week to class!
