The studio is clean and state-of-the-art, making for an excellent training environment. All the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and really care about you and your progress towards your fitness goals. My personal trainer Milan has been fantastic. I enjoy our sessions and I am clear on my progress and areas for improvement after every session. Highly recommended.

Where do I begin! Very very clean gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Maria makes you feel apart of something special and last but not least Milan my personal trainer has helped me tremendously! I used to not be very comfortable in gym environments but he has given me the confidence and want to go back to the gym. The P.Ts know an insane amount of knowledge and Milan is very attentive, whether it's diet or training he's right there with me to keep me on track!
