I’ve been living abroad for 11 years now, and during this time I studied in Turkey, France, and Russia, worked in different companies, lived in Lithuania, Spain, Albania, and England. I co-founded a startup and, together with my co-founder, raised investment. But I started getting sick often, physically I had no strength left to do anything, and mentally I just stopped caring about myself, finding comfort in endless scrolling. That’s when I realised I had been in a crisis for a long time. I don’t want to live like that anymore. Now I’m learning to live and treat myself differently, and want to document my journey and progress. So that in the future I’ll be able to see what has changed and compare myself to who I was before 🥹
