I called and made an appointment for their 2 day initial scan for the following week and I am so glad I did!

I’ve visited chiropractors in the past, but my experience at Propel Chiropractic was truly on another level. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, it was clear why Dr. Craddick and his team have built such a loyal and caring patient community. The office is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the boards highlighting patient achievements and goals. It creates an environment where you genuinely feel like part of a family. The evaluation process was thorough and insightful. Using advanced scanning technology, they were able to pinpoint the source of my tension and pain, and Dr. Craddick took the time to walk me through the results in a way that was easy to understand. The adjustment itself was smooth, comfortable, and provided immediate relief. What stood out most was the level of care and follow through. We developed a clear, personalized treatment plan aligned with my goals, and I even received a detailed summary and reminders directly from Dr. Craddick after my visit. I started seeing PROPEL Chiropractic when I was 16 weeks pregnant after a really traumatic crash C section with my first son. During my initial appointment, I tearfully told Dr. Craddick about my experience, and he immediately made it clear that his goal was to help me avoid going through that again.

I went 2-3 times a week, (sometimes 4!!), and it completely changed my pregnancy. Craddick and senior intern, Angelica, adjusted my body as everything was shifting, but they also challenged me to slow down.. something that does not come easy to a someone like me. They addressed my round ligament pain and rib pain, and honestly, I wasn’t in nearly as much discomfort as I was with my first pregnancy.

When I was in labor and had a question about my epidural placement, I literally called Dr. Craddick between contractions and he answered.. that kind of care and accessibility is simply unmatched.

What really stood out was how they looked out for me as a whole patient. They referred me to an amazing massage therapist and pelvic floor therapist because they genuinely care about your complete wellness. Cory at the front desk always went above and beyond to reschedule me when I needed flexibility with a toddler and a baby on top of everything else. His eagerness to accommodate me in pregnancy and postpartum meant so much.

I didn’t feel like a regular patient- I felt like family. That support made all the difference. My labor and delivery this time was beautiful, and I truly believe having a strong, supported body and mind made my VBAC possible. I can’t recommend them enough. 🩵🧡

We have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Craddick! We brought our baby in hoping to get help with fussiness, reflux, and sleep challenges, and the results have been amazing. After starting care, our baby is already sleeping 8-hour stretches at night, something we honestly didn’t think would happen so soon! Dr. Craddick is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel completely comfortable and confident. You can tell how much they truly care about their little patients and their families at this practice. The office is warm, welcoming, and pristine, and the staff is very friendly. We are so grateful we found this practice and would highly recommend Dr.Craddick to any parents looking for compassionate, specialized care for their child or even themselves!
