project//aspyr is an independent record label founded by Filipino artist and producer Jane Cerys, known musically as Kotomi. Established as a deliberate platform for voices that might otherwise remain unheard, project//aspyr exists to bridge the gap between raw, unpolished talent and the broader industrial landscape of music distribution. It serves artists who lack the resources, networks, or infrastructure to release and promote their work independently, offering them a structured pathway into streaming platforms, digital storefronts, and wider visibility. The label operates with intention and restraint: it is not an open call for submissions. Instead, project//aspyr selectively curates its roster, drawing exclusively from artists who already share a meaningful connection, prior collaboration, personal history, or creative kinship with its founder.
