Ameenah was very professional but also held space for me with compassion and allowed the whole process to unfold without pressure. Past life regression can be tricky but her expertise and confidence in her own abilities and knowledge inspired confidence in me that what needed to be uncovered would be revealed accordingly. The process of integration and healing what needed to be resolved what gently guided so that by the time the session was over, I emerged empowered and with full understanding of what I needed to do as part of my soul purpose. I highly recommend Ameenah to anyone who requires to understand the past as a way to embracing their soul purpose fully. This was a life changing experience for me and I am in deep gratitude for her gift.

Ameenah goes out of her way to support you on your journey. She’s very patient and genuinely cares for you and relates with you on every level. I always feel so much lighter and more aware about myself after each session with her. We always go way over time but Ameenah never rushes through any session. It’s hard to come across a holistic hypnotherapist who works on body, mind and soul healing and looks at the complete picture and not just fragments. I saw huge improvement in my physical symptoms and found out that my physical symptoms were because of suppressed emotions. I am so glad to have found Ameenah. I know that hypnotherapy can sound expensive at first but it’s so worth your investment.
