Can my broken bracelet be fixed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I offer repair services for broken bracelets. If you have all the beads, I can do mail-in repairs for $15. If you’re able to visit my shop, most repairs can be done for just $5.

Question 2

I got the wrong size bracelet. Can I exchange it?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If your bracelet doesn’t fit, I’m happy to exchange it for a different size.

In-person exchanges: Free at any of my pop-up events.

Mail-in exchanges: Available for $10 if you’re unable to visit a pop-up.

How do I know my bracelet size?

Accepted Answer

Each of my designs comes in multiple sizes. To find your best fit:

1. Measure the circumference of your wrist at its thickest part in inches.

2. Add 0.25 inches to that measurement for a comfortable fit.

Example: If your wrist measures 6.5 inches, a 6.75-7 inch bracelet will fit best.

Be sure to check the size number in my options to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Tip: When in doubt, it's better for the bracelet to be slightly too big than too small!

Do you take commissions?

Yes, but they are currently closed.

I usually take on a few commissions each month, but as my business has grown, it’s been harder to find the time. I hope to reopen commissions soon as I continue to expand.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes! I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the bracelet is in like-new condition. If you need a different size, I also offer exchanges (see the exchange policy above).

How long does it take to receive my order?

I process and ship orders within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location:

U.S. orders typically arrive within a week after shipping.
International orders may take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs.

How do I care for my bracelet?

To keep your bracelet looking its best:

Avoid prolonged exposure to water, especially when swimming or showering.
Store it in a dry, safe place when not in use.
Avoid excessive pulling or stretching to prevent unnecessary wear on the elastic.
If your bracelet contains softer stones (like selenite or angelite), handle it with care to avoid scratches.
If you ever need a repair, I offer affordable mail-in and in-person repair services!

Each bracelet I make is a carefully crafted piece of art. I use genuine semi-precious gemstones sourced from around the world to capture the essence of the character it's inspired by. Every design comes with a custom trading card featuring original artwork, inside jokes, and a list of the gemstones used. Many customers say the more you look at my designs, the more you notice the details that set them apart.

Do your bracelets stretch?

Yes! My bracelets are made with strong crystal elastic, making them easy to put on and take off. This also allows for some flexibility in sizing while keeping the bracelet durable and comfortable to wear.
