PNWFCU is an AWESOME credit union! Google will only let me give one review for this business...I want to tell you about two fantastic employees at PNWFCU.<br><br>I spoke with Cassie in the last few weeks. Cassie is AMAZING! She is professional, very patient, she listens well and takes time to answer my questions. She understands the services that PNWFCU offers and can explain them without causing confusion. She educates me and gives me information that helps me make informed decisions. She cares about you the credit union member, and she also cares about you the person. I feel she is an excellent customer service representative of PNWFCU. I highly recommend PNWFCU and applaud them for employing Cassie!<br><br>I spoke with Jenny today. She is WONDERFUL! She is professional, calm, patient, and took the time to understand my situation and answered my questions. These days I'm super thankful to speak with real live human beings and not computer bots when it comes to customer service. Jenny delivered terrific customer service today when I called to learn more about the Co-op shared ATM &amp; shared branches network that my credit union is part of. PNWFCU provides an easy way to access this network (an online link via the credit union's main website page). Jenny is a positive and knowledgeable customer service representative with PNWFCU. She represents PNWFCU well and I'm glad that she is someone I can get help from when I need it. I highly recommend PNWFCU and I'm grateful that Jenny works there!<br><br>PNWFCU and Cassie and Jenny will take good care of you!

Just moved to town and I wanted credit union for my banking. Super friendly staff who seemed to know all the customers who came in while I was waiting to talk with a representative. I liked the small town, personal feel. Plus, they offered a couple services I wasn't able to get at my old credit union.

We love working with PNWFCU and rarely have to go to the physical location, but had to do some business there today. Ben was attentive, helpful, and engaging when helping us with a few questions and depositing our check. Thanks!!
