I am a Manchester-based Senior Accredited Psychotherapist (BACP). I specialise in mental health, including trauma, addiction and relationship difficulties. I work with clients over Zoom, throughout the UK and beyond. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma (including complex trauma) and addictions. Some of my clients come to me unsure where to start. That is understandable. I bring clinical experience and steadiness to help you make sense of what’s going on at a pace that feels right for you.
