Paola Cañón Guidetti

Paola Cañón Guidetti is a biochemist and holds a PhD in Biological Sciences. She currently serves as Director of Institutional Research at Adolfo Ibáñez University, leading the institution's strategic research management and the PhD programs. She has a distinguished career in the public and academic sectors, with experience in the design and implementation of science, technology, and innovation policies, as well as in the management of research projects, technology transfer, and science-based ventures. She has held key positions in organizations such as the National Agency for Research and Development (ANID), the Ministry of Science, and CORFO, as well as key roles in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.
