When and where does the high school group meet?

Sr. High meets on Thursdays, 7-8:30p in the Worship Center.
Pathway Church, 777 Loma Vista Dr.

We also meet with the rest of our church body on the weekend. There's three services: Saturday at 5p, Sunday at 9:30a, and Sunday at 11:15a.

What happens at a typical youth group gathering?

We have time to hang with friends to start, followed by either a time of worship or community games inside the auditorium. Pastor Aidan or another leader will share a relevant message from God's word and we'll dive into small groups. Except to find friendly, caring people who love Jesus.

Question 3

Do I have to be a Christian to come?

Accepted Answer

No! Pathway Sr. High is open to all high schoolers! As long as you follow our guidelines, respect the building, your fellow students, and the adult leaders, you're welcome with us! You will hear about Christ and what the Bible has to say about God. You'll never be pressured or put on the stop.

Can I bring my friends?

Yes! You're friends are always welcome at Pathway Sr. High. Bringing friends is a great way to introduce them to the gospel and to a relationship with Jesus!

What kind of events or trips do you do?

We typically have big events on our campus once a month on Thursdays, where you can invite friends to participate. Things like, our Christmas party, glow-in-the-dark dodgeball, a giant birthday party, and more! Over Spring Break we travel to Mexico for a mission trip, and in the Summer we go up to the Summit in Whitmore for the best week of the year: SUMMER CAMP!

Are there opportunities to serve or lead?

Who are the leaders?

Our adult leaders are an amazing dedicated group of Christ followers who love high school students. They are trained by the Sr. High pastor and background checked. You can trust these awesome folks!

Is there a small group I can join?

Yes! Show up on any given Thursday and you'll be placed in a small group based on your grade/gender. Small groups is a great place to connect with friends and go deeper into God's word.

What if I don’t know anyone?

That's ok! Pathway Sr. High is a great place to meet people! You'll be greeted by friendly faces when you check in, there'll be fun activities to jump into, and in small groups you'll a few awesome students and leaders to connect with. We'll never pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable!
