How far in advance should I place my order?

Please place your order at least 2 days before your desired pickup date. Our daily order cutoff time is 8:00 PM.

How do I pay for my order?

Once you receive your order confirmation email, please submit your full payment the same day to secure your pickup slot. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash (for in-person pickups).
Note: To keep our baking schedule running smoothly, unpaid orders may be automatically canceled at the end of the day.

Can I make changes to my order?

We are happy to accommodate minor order changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date. We cannot accommodate same-day modifications.

When and how can I pick up my order?

We offer free scheduled pickups during the following windows:
Tue, Thu, Fri: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Pickups are scheduled in 15-minute windows to ensure everything is fresh and ready exactly when you arrive. Your pickup location details will be sent via email or your preferred contact method the day before your date. Need an earlier morning pickup? We recommend selecting the calendar day prior for your order!

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Because our treats are baked fresh to order, all sales are final and we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once payment is processed. However, we are more than happy to help you reschedule your pickup date instead!

Question 6

Are customizations allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re delighted to accommodate minor adjustments to our treats (such as adjusting recipes for any allergens, requesting nut-free variations, or other available options). Please make a note of your requests when placing your order.

Question 7

Are your products nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan?

Accepted Answer

We currently only offer nut-free options upon request or in select menu items. At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan treats, but we are always exploring new recipes to expand our menu in the future!

Can prices or availability change?

Accepted Answer

We always strive to fulfill orders exactly as shown. However, prices and seasonal ingredient availability are subject to change. If a change ever directly impacts your pending order, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives.

Planning a party, event, or special gathering?

Accepted Answer

We would love to bring some sweetness to your special celebration! If you’re new to Ommom and want to sample our treats before booking your event, we highly recommend ordering our Sampler Nom Box, which includes your choice of 6 delicious cookie flavors.

How do I start a catering order?

Accepted Answer

To get started, please reach out to us via Instagram DM (@ommomsweets) or text us at (818) 470-0232.
Please include details about your event (date, estimated guest count, and the types of treats or custom themes you’re interested in). We recommend booking catering orders 2 to 4 weeks in advance to allow ample time for custom menus, specialized packaging, or unique themes.
Once we review your ideas, we’ll send over a custom menu layout and quotation. Catering orders may require a down payment upon confirmation via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle (cash payment is not available for catering events). Please let us know if you prefer pickup or local delivery when finalizing your booking so we can coordinate the details!
