At OASIS STAGING + DESIGN, pricing includes staging design, furniture and accessory rental, labor, delivery, and removal for a standard two-month term. Rates are competitive and tailored to each project, with packages starting at $2,250. Since every home is unique, we recommend a property walkthrough before providing a formal quote. How do I book a home staging project?

Contact us through our website (https://www.oasisstaginghawaii.com/quote) and fill in the form with all required information and any other information you would like to include.

Upon review, we will send you a ballpark estimate. In the case we are unable to come up with an estimate, we will schedule to preview and assess the property in-person. Once the pricing has been finalized, we will send an invoice for 50% of the project total and contract to complete in order to secure an installation date. Remaining balance will be due 2 days prior to scheduled staging date. On staging day, just sit back, relax, and let us do our magic!

How far in advance should I book staging services?

The more time we have in advance is always the best, but we try our best to accommodate our client’s needs even with a tight timeline. Typically, if you can give us at least 1-2 week’s notice, we should be able to fit you into our schedule.

We do not secure installation days or plan until a 50% deposit and completed contract are received.
