Great customer service for online! Ordered some gaskets and had a little mix up.. they corrected the orders same day on a Friday and had me a new by following Monday free of charge and let me keep the extra gasket. 100 % will do business again!<br>Highly recommend

Paid over $1,100 for repairs, picked my vehicle up on 4/22, and two days later it shut down on I-95 at 4:30 AM after gas leaked from the vehicle, leaving me stranded on the highway needing police assistance. The shop later retrieved my vehicle and repaired it again, but the explanation I received was basically “maybe something wasn’t put on tight enough,” which felt dismissive considering the dangerous situation and inconvenience caused. They also returned my vehicle with no gas after the leak and offered no reimbursement or accountability. Very disappointing experience.

I recently brought my high-mileage 2012 Audi A6 into New German Performance for a Check Engine Light (CEL) with faulty O2 sensors codes and rough idling issue. They performed a very thorough diagnosis and quickly identified the root cause as a faulty PCV valve. What impressed me most was the technician’s attention to detail. While diagnosing the main issue, he proactively pointed out a couple of other potential problems that weren’t causing the current symptoms but could lead to bigger headaches down the road. I really appreciated this forward-thinking approach, as it will save me significant labor costs in the future by addressing them now. The repair work was completed to my complete satisfaction, in a professional and timely manner. Communication was clear throughout the process. I’ve been a loyal customer of New German Performance for over 10 years now, and they also take excellent care of my second vehicle, a 2016 Audi Q5. I continue to trust them with all my Audi service needs because of their expertise, honesty, and genuine care for the cars they work on. Highly recommend them to anyone with a German vehicle in the DMV area!
