Worked hard to move the vehicle through the repair process quickly while dealing with Progressive's processes and requirements. Also, cleaned the car inside and out very well. I've used them multiple times and they do great work.

My experience was truly flawless from start to finish. The communication was clear, kind, and professional, and they handled the insurance process seamlessly — even though they weren’t part of the insurance network. “Shop local” has always been my motto, and this experience reminded me exactly why. I’m genuinely grateful I chose them.

After a recent minor traffic accident, I took my car to New Central for repair. I've taken several of my cars there over the years and always received excellent service and top-notch repairs. So I had no hesitation to bring my car back to them for work. It had been several years since I'd needed their services, and I was pleased, though not surprised, that their commitment to quality was still there. Not only was the work excellent, but they were completely professional and easy to work with. I was particularly pleased with the speed with which the work was completed. I had mentioned that I would be leaving town soon and it would be nice if my car was finished by then. I fully expected to leave my car with them for the time I was gone, so I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that it was finished two days before my trip! They told me that they worked hard to get it done before I left. That's a level of service and dedication that is not often found these days. Should I need auto body work in the future, I will not need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended!
