Question 1

How do I request a Commission and what is the process?

Accepted Answer

1- Send me a message (Instagram or mail) requesting a commission, let me know the specifics: number of people/pets, color or b/w, simple or complex background, etc.
2-  I’ll ask you to send me photo references of the people, pets and possible backgrounds.
3- Once we agree on the specifics, I will ask you to transfer 50% of the total to start.
4- Once I have the first sketch, I’ll will show it to you and you can request some changes (expressions, elements on the background, etc). There is a maximum of two revisions. After approval, the other 50% of the total must be transferred before starting the final artwork.
5- You receive the final artwork as a JPG and PDF.

Question 2

How does the Commission payment process work?

Accepted Answer

You pay 50% of the total to start the commission, 50% after completion of an approved sketch. If you are willing, full upfront payment is available.
Payment can be done by bank transfer or Paypal.

Question 3

Cancellations / Refunds

Accepted Answer

A-	If the customer needs to cancel the commission after payment has been made then the commission will be cancelled with NO refunds, unless the work has not yet begun. The customer may keep whatever progress has been made in the piece. 
B-	If I as the artist need to cancel the commission anytime before payment is made, I may do so with no limitations and the commission will be cancelled.
C-	If I as the artist need to cancel the after payment is made, I will refund the customer completely. HOWEVER, in the exception that I as the artist choose to cancel the commission due to harassment, bullying, or any other form of ill treatment by the customer towards me, then I have every right to cancel the commission immediately with no refunds.

Terms of Service / Important info

A-	I own all rights to my works, which means I can post and share the artwork on social media, include them in my portfolio, etc. You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
B-	Uploading my artwork into any AI generator/program is prohibited.
C-	Commissions are for the customer's personal use only, and cannot be used for profit or commercial use.
D-	Sharing the artwork is allowed, however proper credit must be given wherever the commission is shown with my name and social media handle: @natz_design. 
E-	I have the right to decline and/or cancel any commission as I see fit, for reasons such as but not limited to: The request is beyond my skill level, it falls under subjects I won't do, I do not feel comfortable working with the customer, etc.
