Ive been going to Natasha for a couple of years now on and off due to conflicting work schedule. I had recommended her as well to others as her approach to treatment is very individualized and holistic. Teens with postural issues or overall managament of their physical health due to sports and repetitive movement from playing instruments she has it covered too. Clinical pilates works and there is no judgement when working with her. Im also so pleased to see her team grow from one person to 2 and now she has a whole team working with her and each has their own specialty and approach to overall health & wellness-move and feel great- to make you move again at your own pace and at the same time guiding you and encouraging you to do more whenever you are ready to do so. I really like how she challlenges me and make me realize I am capable of doing more- I value the shared goal so you are not just doing the same thing each visit. It doesnt matter if you book a pilates session and end up having a tmj pain- they are so versatile and can treat anything that aches. Jaspreet is also amazing! I came in for pelvic work but was experiencing tmj pain for 10 days so she worked on that instead and I feel good! I appreciate how they all use a combination treatment but not limited to manual therapy, clinical pilates, IMS, cupping, and soft tissue massage. With their keen assessment, skills and knowledge you are able to do more than you can imagine and ultimately feel great about yourself. Ive yet to try her new running initiative on Wednesdays but its on my list! Im glad that Saturdays are available now too as it works well for those who are tied up at work Mon-Fri. More power! Joyce

I had a great experience here. Natasha is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They really take the time to understand your needs and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I am so happy i found this place. The whole team is awesome and great. I started going to their clinic since January and they managed my pain,stiffness and sore on my shoulder very well. Natasha is so great . My dry needling with her really helped release all the knots that causing my stiffness and pain. Plus Twincy who is really helping me every week increased and improve my core strength by doing CLINICAL PILATES. It really reduces my joint pain:)) I also seen Pavan, same with Twincy both are really great doing clinical Pilates. The front desk always generous offering all their drinks🥰: water, tea, coffee, bubbly sparkling water..:)) you can be spolied:) Highly recomended!!👍👍👍
