I am so happy i found this place. The whole team is awesome and great. I started going to their clinic since January and they managed my pain,stiffness and sore on my shoulder very well. Natasha is so great . My dry needling with her really helped release all the knots that causing my stiffness and pain. Plus Twincy who is really helping me every week increased and improve my core strength by doing CLINICAL PILATES. It really reduces my joint pain:)) I also seen Pavan, same with Twincy both are really great doing clinical Pilates. The front desk always generous offering all their drinks🥰: water, tea, coffee, bubbly sparkling water..:)) you can be spolied:) Highly recomended!!👍👍👍

I had an amazing experience with my Physiotherapist, Jaspreet. She made me feel completely safe, calm, and comfortable despite my fear of needles, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to her care and expertise, my back pain from weightlifting at the gym improved drastically in a short time. The clinic itself was also incredibly clean, warm, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Jaspreet for clinical Pilates! She is incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and she truly cares about helping her clients. You can tell she is very invested in your progress, and the sessions always feel personalized and supportive. Such a great experience overall. Can't wait to go back.
