To keep things running smoothly for everyone, we enforce a cancellation policy and kindly reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment and/or Arriving 20 minutes or more late without giving us a heads-up may be considered a no-show.
