"MERCI, CHARLES!" Tour

In May 2021, singer Hayk Petrosyan and pianist Vahagn Hayrapetyan launched the "Jazznavour" project, offering a unique jazz-pop reinterpretation of Charles Aznavour's classic songs. The band features talented musicians Daniel Melkonyan (trumpet), Arman Mnatsakanyan (drums), and Dave Gyodakyan (bass). Since its inception, Jazznavour has captivated audiences with performances in concert halls and clubs across Armenia, Lebanon, and Russia. Their debut album, *lle Jazz Aznavourise*, was released in 2022 and later rebranded as *French Kiss—Tribute to Charles*. It is now available on all major platforms. In honor of Aznavour's 100th anniversary, their concert tour, *Merci, Charles!*, began with a massive open-air concert in Yerevan, Armenia, on August 11 and continues across 20 countries in Europe, Asia, and America. A special performance will be held at The Alex Theatre on November 23, 2024, to celebrate Aznavour's enduring legacy.
