Originally from Belfast, I came to Berlin in 2023 after several years in London leaving a career in business and marketing to pursue movement instructing. 

Fitness has always played a key role in my life, from Pilates, running, to strength training, I bring this well rounded perspective into the classes I teach. My focus is creating dynamic, challenging sessions that also support the nervous system with mindful, restorative elements. 

My teaching style is precise, energizing, and considered. I believe in offering classes that are inclusive, intelligently structured, and adaptable to different bodies and levels always with attention to form, breath, and connection. I value building trust and consistency with clients and love seeing how movement can empower people physically and mentally over time. 

I’m particularly drawn to women’s health and deepening my expertise in pelvic floor support, pre/postnatal Pilates, and menopause.

A fully personalised 60-minute Pilates session designed around you, your body, your goals, and what you need most in the moment.

Each class can take place on the mat or reformer, blending classical Pilates with a contemporary approach. Expect a focus on breath, precise movement, and strong alignment, while building muscle endurance, improving mobility, and creating space for nervous system reset.

Before your first session, we’ll have an introductory call to understand your experience, goals, and any hesitations. This allows me to create a session that feels supportive, effective, and truly tailored to you.
