Lip Oil: Has a smoother, more runny texture with noticeable flavor and scent. It is mainly used to moisturize and nourish the lips.

Lip Gloss: Thicker and more pigmented, used primarily as a cosmetic product to add shine and color to the lips.

All our lip glosses come in sizes ranging between 5ml and 6ml.

The product content or tubes cannot be customized at the moment.
However, you can choose and mix the products you want to include in your order.

No. We currently do not offer payment on delivery.
All payments must be made before your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Shipping is handled by a third-party delivery company and is calculated based on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Yes, but only before your order has been sent out.
Please send us a message to confirm the status of your order.

If the order has not been dispatched, you may change the delivery address, but any additional delivery cost will be your responsibility.

If the order has already been sent out, the delivery address cannot be changed.

However, once your order has been confirmed and picked up by the delivery company, you will be notified.

Yes. You can pick up your order Monday to Saturday at our business location

Due to the personal nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement.
