Katerina (Molyneaux) Karantana

Hi there! I am Katerina (or Molyneaux), psychologist from Greece, based in Berlin. My approach in counselling is highly influenced from my Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy studies, but always adjusting to my client's needs. In addition to that, I integrate a psychosocial approach that acknowledges the influence of sociopolitical contexts on mental health. This means I consider each person within the larger systems they are part of—such as culture, community, and social structures—and how these intersecting factors shape their experiences, challenges, and well-being.
