Question 1

How are you different from other ceramic manufacturers?

Accepted Answer

We specialise in work that needs skilled hands. We hand-make every piece, including slip-cast forms, which most large-scale factories don't offer.

We work with small and medium-sized design-led brands and studios. Our clients usually look for a partner who can carry out a detailed creative brief at scale, ranging from 500 to 5,000 units.

Question 2

What is your MOQ?

Accepted Answer

Private label from 1,500 units
White label from 500 units

Question 3

What is your lead time?

Accepted Answer

Sampling: 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity.

Production: minimum 3 months for a standard private label order. Larger or complex orders are confirmed at quotation.

Question 4

Can you produce complex or unusual designs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We develop large forms, structurally complex pieces and custom finishes. Our team handles glaze development, including palette matching and reactive glazes, and applies hand-painted designs across full production runs.

If a brief raises technical questions, we can bring in a product design studio during development.

Question 5

What does the development process look like?

Accepted Answer

1. You share your brief: sketches, reference images, dimensions, and target quantities.
2. We review feasibility and reply within 2 business days.
3. We develop samples and refine them with you until they are approved.
4. Production, quality control, and export packing follow the approved sample.

A clear brief helps us respond accurately. Include the product type, reference images or drawings, preferred glazes or colours, quantities and your target timeline. If you are still defining your concept, tell us where you are and we will advise on next steps.
