Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, overthinking life or simply need someone to listen, this is a relaxed 30 minute chat with no judgement and no pressure. Think of it as sitting down for a brew or coffee and having a real conversation. You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out. Just come as you are. I share my own journey with anxiety and the ups and downs of life because I believe nobody should feel like they have to face everything alone. You are not alone. One conversation, one step, one day at a time. 🦍❤️ Please note: This is a friendly, peer-support-style conversation, not professional counselling or therapy.
