I have endometriosis; my whole life has been changed because of it, and I truly understand the devastating and far-reaching effects of living with this disease.
I have also studied to become a certified endo health coach, and I have managed to use natural and holistic techniques to get some relief from my symptoms - my energy is better, my pain is lower and my love, understanding and compassion towards myself and my body is higher than it's ever been (and surprising as it may seem, this is a really important part of managing endo holistically).
In our 1:1 coaching sessions, we cover a variety of incredibly important topics and how to optimise them through food and lifestyle: blood sugar regulation, inflammation, digestion, basic breathwork, movement (primarily yoga) nervous system support and environmental toxin reduction (to name a few).
The main aim here is to:
Lower systemic inflammation to support good energy, reduced pain levels and create an internal environment that is less supportive to endo lesion growth!
