Let´s appWash

1. Download the "appWash by Miele" app from the App Store or Google Play Store. 2. Open the app and tap "Register". 3. Enter your email address and choose a password. 4. You’ll receive a confirmation email – click the link to verify. Didn’t receive a verification email? Please check the following: • Check your spam/junk folder • Make sure your address was entered correctly • The link is only valid for 15 minutes – after that, you’ll need to start over • Ensure that you entered your email address correctly. • Still nothing? Try a different email address

1. In the app: • You can easily top up your app balance using a credit card, PayPal, or other available payment methods (depending on your country and provider). • The prices are displayed in the app before you start the machine. 2. Payment at the card reader – if available on site: • In some laundry rooms, you’ll find card readers that allow contactless payment using a bank card or smartphone (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay). • Once the payment is successful, the selected machine will start automatically.

• In the app, you can see whether the machines in the laundry room are booked or available. • The remaining time is displayed directly on the machine. • Once the wash cycle is complete, you will receive a notification in the app—provided push notifications are enabled.
