Do you ship out Internationally?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do after you reach a total of $35 in your cart before taxes, etc.. Before then standard USPS Ground shipping, as of 5/27/26, is a flat fee of $5.95. This is subject to change at anytime. At times the shop night run a sale offering free shipping.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time I do not. I may in the near future. Please follow my Social Accounts to stay informed to what is available and when a custom order item may come available.

What type of payments fo you accept?

All our sites use a variety of secure payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Square and more. They all take most major credit and debit cards. I do not accept checks or cash unless prior arrangements have been made.

Is there a physical shop to go to?

Unfortunately, no. We are an online only shop. Michelle’s Haven is ran from the owner’s home. Everything is made and shipped from there. The shop is located in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

What is your return policy?

I offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact me prior to returning any item. Please be aware that a replacement will not be available since the majority of my items are handmade and not made in multiples.  I do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Return postage is the buyers responsibility.

If your package is lost or damaged by the delivery service, please contact me as soon as possible or before 15 days. I will refund the cost to you or offer an exchange. After 15 days the offer is null and void.
