Michelle Baumgartner

My name is Michelle Baumgartner, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW 21472) with over 35 years of experience helping people navigate physical and mental health challenges. I bring a strong background in neuroscience, psychology, and holistic healing, along with a Master’s in Social Work from UC Berkeley focused on women’s health and integrative medicine. In my work with adults, I use a relational, somatic, and mind-body approach, integrating mindfulness, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, guided imagery, expressive arts, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral strategies. I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and grief, with a focus on building resilience and creating meaningful change.
