Our classes focus on teaching easy and delicious meals and snacks based on vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, fish, lean meat and beneficial fats. Setting a healthy goal. Complete your HQ and set a goal on the MHealthy Portal, powered by Asset Health, by Friday, May 29, 2026, and you’ll also earn a $75 reward! MHealthy Rewards is open to active, benefits-eligible U-M faculty and staff (excluding those who are only eligible for the U-M GradCare health plan).
