Let’s Discuss Your Case Goals

A focused 30-minute consultation to discuss your case, identify the issues in dispute, clarify your goals, and determine whether mediation is an appropriate next step. This meeting is informational and does not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. To allow for meaningful review and a conflict check, the following must be submitted no later than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment: a brief case summary, the full names of all parties involved, current case status, any existing court orders, pleadings or filings, and any documents you believe are relevant to the issues you would like to discuss. Please keep your case summary concise and identify your primary concerns, current obstacles, and what you hope to accomplish through mediation. Materials received less than 4 hours before the appointment may not be reviewed in advance and the consultation may need to be rescheduled.
