The MDI Biological Laboratory

MDI Biological Laboratory is a non-profit, international hub for the study of aging, regeneration and environmental health. Our state-of-the-art facilities support 10 research groups whose faculty and students are pushing the frontiers of biomedical science. We work to improve human health by illuminating the biology of development, aging and regeneration, and by identifying risks posed by environmental toxins. We are committed to making transformative discoveries that will benefit medicine and society. We are equally committed to mentoring and hands-on training for young people who will be in the vanguard of a revolution in human health.
