Matt and Sarah did an excellent job helping us search for a home in unique circumstances. Even though we were out of state they were always ready to assist us with any questions we had or to look at properties at a moments notice. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions, they were always gracious and gave us complete answers. When time came to put an offer on a house, they were able to put together a strategy to get our offer accepted right away. Between our offer being accepted and closing, they had numerous contacts to assist us with every part of the closing process, which made the whole process simple and painless.
