Welcome to Mark It 8 Events! We are a fun-loving, people-pleasing event-boosting business, located in Winston-Salem. We have a photobooth and other fun services ready to go for your event, or we can help you build a creative, custom experience that matches the theme for your special day.

We are available most evenings or weekends. Additional times available with adequate notice. 

While we request a month's notice when possible, our standard booth is ready to go at the drop of a hat! See our Rate Sheet for last-minute booking info.

Our event options include the following services...

📸 Photobooth
We'll set up a fun, interactive photobooth for your guests with text, email, and QR code scanning to deliver their photos on the spot. Photos will be uploaded to our Facebook page so guests can download and share after the event, and you'll get a zip file of all media captured. Add-ons are available for a premium experience.

🎮 Gaming Party Station
Kids both young and old can duke it out with our Nintendo Switch station or XBox, including widescreen television and premium sound. We have many games to choose from, or request your favorite. 

📽️ Movie Night
Share your favorite flick(s) with your guests. Premium sound, bright screen and we'll even provide the popcorn!

Available Services

From simple to fully customized, we have your special event covered!

Standard Event Package:
Choose any one event service for $300. 
This covers up to 2 hours of on-site time, with free setup and removal. We provide an attendant to help guests enjoy the experience.

Add a Service
$100 - Add-on fee for each additional service

PhotoBooth Extras:
$50 - Photo backdrop with event-themed foil and props for the guests

Game Party Extras: 
$25 - If you'd like a specific game not already in our catalog

Additional Add-Ons
$50 - Outdoor (exposed) setup - power required
$50 - Per hour beyond the standard 2 already included
$100 - Emergency fee for events booked with less than 2 weeks' notice.

Example 1: Retirement Party
You'd like a standard retirement party pack with no backdrop or props. You'd like the booth open from 5pm - 9pm.

2 hours of booth time ($300) + two additional hours (2x$50)
Total Fee: $400

Example 2: Last-minute Birthday Party
Oh no, the balloon animal magician can't make it after all! It's 3 days until your child's party and without entertainment, it'll be boring :/ 
Mark It 8 rides to the rescue with a photo booth and Nintendo Party add-on. 
The event will be from 3 pm - 6 pm on a Saturday, and our schedule is clear. 

2 Hours of booth time ($300) + 2 additional hours (2x$50)
Game Station add-on ($100)
Last-minute booking fee ($100)
Total fee: $600

Example 3: Wedding Celebration
You'd like a photobooth with backdrop and props for your event. The wedding is from 5pm-10pm, but the booth will not be used during the ceremony. 

2 hours of booth time ($300) + one additional hour ($50)
Backdrop and props ($50)
Total fee: $400

Rate Examples

Booking: $100 retainer to reserve the date.

Remaining Balance: Due two weeks before the event. 

All payments are non-refundable but can be applied to a future event.
