Maybe 20-30 Magical people, local plus international. The birthday evening includes a bunch of local friends.

Where should I stay?

Take a look at the event map for details. The center of the city makes it easy to get to major sights and the Mojang office, as well as the train that travels between the airport.

Further out in the suburbs it’ll be cheaper, and closer to Marc’s place and Alphaspel for gaming.

Couch space at Marc's apartment is currently unavailable, sorry!

How do I get to Stockholm?

Fly into Arlanda International Airport.

The fastest and easiest way to get from Arlanda to Stockholm is to take the Arlanda express. It's comfortable, has wi-fi, runs regularly, and is about $30 each way. A round trip ticket is slightly cheaper. More info at https://www.arlandaexpress.com/

There are also various other slower bus, train, and Uber options. Avoid taxis unless they have a flat rate.

Should I attend all events?

Up to you! If you want to see more of the city, Sunday is planned for that, but you may also want to take Thursday, Monday, and the like so that you're not just in Stockholm playing Magic.

How much does everything cost?

Tickets to MarcCon are free! If we do event swag, that'll be free too.

There may be some draft events that cost, especially if we do Collector Booster Chaos, Innistrad, or something else.

For flights and accomodations, book early!

How do I keep in touch with everyone?

If enough people are interested in joining the event, we’ll spin up a Discord server for the purpose.

What should I get Marc for his birthday?

Marc has many things and is hard to buy for. For his birthday, he most wants to spend time with friends.
