Hi, I’m Mandy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adults in Arizona and New Mexico.

I offer therapy through secure messaging and live text chat.

My approach is conversational, thoughtful, and collaborative. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, notice patterns, and explore what’s underneath them.

I work with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, burnout, depression, and life transitions.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a place to think things through, we’ll start where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

Whether through ongoing messaging or live text chat, my goal is to provide a space where you feel supported, gain insight, and work through challenges at your own pace.

How I Work 

What is messaging therapy?
Communicate with me through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform as thoughts, questions, or challenges come up.

Can I message anytime?
You can send messages whenever you’d like. I provide therapeutic responses Monday through Friday.

Do I need appointments?
No. Messaging therapy doesn’t require scheduled appointments.

Do you offer live sessions?
Yes. Live text chat is available separately.

How is live text chat different?
Live text chat is scheduled and happens in real time. Messaging therapy provides ongoing support throughout the month.

What happens after I purchase?
You’ll receive access to Healthie, create an account if needed, and complete required forms.

Who can work with you?
Adults in Arizona and New Mexico.

Do you accept insurance?
No. Private pay only.

Is therapy secure?
Yes. Communication takes place through Healthie.

Crisis support?
Not for emergencies. Call 911 or 988.
