A Mixed Experience: Delightful Food Marred by Inflexible Service

The establishment offers genuinely delectable cuisine, and the staff maintain a reasonably polite demeanour throughout service. The convenient car park is certainly a notable advantage for diners arriving by vehicle.

However, our experience was somewhat dampened by an unfortunate incident during the ordering process. Whilst navigating their mobile application, we inadvertently placed duplicate orders for the same dish—a simple mistake that could happen to anyone unfamiliar with the system. Upon bringing this to the staff's attention, we were disappointed by their rather rigid approach to resolution.

The management's stance was quite firm: they would neither modify the order nor offer a refund. Instead, we were only given the option to exchange the duplicate items for different dishes of similar value. Whilst this solution was functional, it felt rather inflexible and failed to consider the customer's perspective.

This incident highlights a crucial area for improvement in their customer service approach. A more empathetic handling of such situations, taking into account the emotional aspect of the customer experience, would significantly enhance their service quality. After all, building customer loyalty often hinges on how well establishments handle minor mishaps.

Despite these shortcomings, the quality of the food remains impressive enough that I would still recommend this restaurant to others. On a rating scale, I would award it 70 out of 100—a score that reflects both the excellent cuisine and the areas requiring improvement in customer service.

Recommendation:
Worth visiting for the food, but do take extra care when placing orders through their application. The convenient parking facilities make it an accessible choice for most diners.

Great food especially the mushrooms soup, Tuscan chicken and seafood linguine. Portion is a bit small though.

Fresh and delicious food, amazing service, and a perfect atmosphere. Plus, there's plenty of parking, which is so convenient! Highly recommended.
