Yes, delegates may bring laptops and phones strictly for research purposes. However, all devices must remain on silent mode during committee sessions.

What is the registration fee for delegates?

The registration fee is 1200/- per delegate. 
Which includes their lunch, refreshments and delegate kits.

Will charging facilities be provided?

Charging spots are limited. Delegates are strongly encouraged to carry power banks to avoid any inconvenience

No, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure your availability before registering.

Can I use ChatGPT or any AI tool during the conference?

Accepted Answer

No. AI tools such as ChatGPT or others are strictly prohibited for research, speech writing, or any MUN-related activity.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. All delegates are required to wear Indian Formals on DAY 1 and Western Formals on DAY 2. Blazers are optional but encouraged.

Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days of the conference. There will also be water stations available throughout the venue.
