Today, my family and I dined at your restaurant and experienced incredibly inconsistent service. When we arrived, we were explicitly told by staff that we could not order food from the pool counter to be brought up to the rooftop. However, just as we were paying our bill and preparing to leave, we noticed the table next to us had items from that very same pool menu. When we questioned the staff about it, they casually informed us that those guests had ordered from downstairs.
This begs the question: What is the point of having rules if they are only enforced for some customers and not others? The lack of consistency and poor communication from your team ruined what should have been a pleasant family dinner

Cách order không thống nhất tại nhà hàng, hôm nay gia đình tôi đi ăn nhưng được hướng dẫn không được order ở quầy hồ bơi đem lên tầng thượng, nhưng đến khi bàn tôi thanh toán chuẩn về thì thấy bàn bên cạnh có món khác thì có hỏi nhân viên được nghe là order ở dưới. Thế đặt ra quy định để làm gì??

Món gì cũng ngon, không gian tuyệt đẹp, bếp trưởng cực dễ thương, vui vẻ, sẽ quay lại nhiều lần.

Me and my family went kinda late at night and ordered food with amazing food service, all of the staffs were polite, attentive, and friendly. Where me and my family were sitting, the music was really nice and quiet, I believe it just depends on where you’re sitting for the loudness of the music. The atmosphere was very beautiful and amazing for taking pictures.

The music is waaaaaay too loud. If you ask to make it not that loud, the stuff says that they can’t change anything. music makes you want to leave this place asap.

The menu is short. Not many options. If you make a menu bigger, that will be great.

And one more problem is that the whole restaurant is so full of tables tables tables. We wanted to make pictures with our friends with the sea view and with the Mountain View. However it’s just so full of tables. All you see on the picture are tables and chairs…. No place at all to make pictures. And this is the place with the 360 degrees view. So it’s weird it’s not possible to make nice pictures here..
