We had a great experience working with this company after our room flooded. Their team was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and they helped make a stressful situation much easier to manage. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or repair services.

We used LPS Direct for our kitchen remodel. We went to their large, beautiful showroom just to look around and we were greeted by Steven, who showed us around and explained that they are a one stop company. It made it so much easier for us to not deal individually with plumbers, electricians etc. and we loved seeing the cabinets we were picking in person. Steven set up an appointment for the designer, Charles, to come to our house.<br>Charles discussed our vision and needs and he managed to fit everything I dreamed of in his design! There was never a problem if I wanted to change something or had a question regarding even picking stools for my island! He was always available to help out. When it came to demo and installation Lou Sr and his crew were amazing to work with! Extremely clean process ( as much as you can be during demolition). Lou was always on sight to make sure everything ran smoothly and always made me feel secure that his goal was to make me happy. He knows his craft and it shows through the hard work of him and his crew. We are extremely happy that this company gave us a kitchen that exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU!<br>Anna & John

I would like to thank LPS including Charles and Louis Sr. and their crew for making my dream kitchen and bathroom renovation come true.   We are not new to renovation over the past 35.5 years of owning my house,  but they were the ones that got it right.   I love that they are an all inclusive company and all our concerns were met with such promptness and grace.   They went above and beyond to give us such a high quality design and craftsmanship within the budget we agreed upon.   Every trade that was attached to their company was so professional and provided the highest quality work. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Siobhan McNamara, the “COO,” is also Siobhan Zonin whose name you might recognize in her glowing reviews of her own company. Looks like her mother also left a positive review, who knows how many others are affiliated with the company. We sat down with Charles back in April/May, took us two months for him to finally get our renderings correct. He is unreachable! You can email him and hope to get a response within a few days but don’t hold your breath. He will not give you his phone number and he’s the ONLY one capable of answering any questions, no one else could help and Charles is always “in the field.” Never at the showroom. We had our cabinets delivered in early August and JUST received the final pieces they had to correct today, December 16th. Siobhan will talk down to you and won’t own any of their mistakes which there were plenty to go around. Even Charles agreed she has a chip on her shoulder. I don’t know how she’s related to the family that owns LPS, but they all went to Division High School so it explains why there’s no consequences for her unprofessional attitude and child like behavior. Their delivery people banged up our brand new side door frame and she pointed fingers at my contractor, who just installed the door. The house was empty, nothing had been brought in until the cabinet boxes, but had to eat it without a simple apology. If you email me privately I will give you my personal phone number if you need more convincing, but the fact that their COO is writing reviews for her own company should tell you all you need to know. There’s a kitchen and bath place every two miles on Long Island, pick any one of them and I gurantee you’ll have a better experience. Good luck.
