Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability. There is also a check-in fee from $75 up to the nightly rate.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest.

Can I request late check-out?

Late check-out must be approved in advance and may include a fee. Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a strictly smoke-free property (including inside the unit, balcony, common areas, outdoors and parking lot).
Violation results in a $950 fine plus remediation costs, and immediate removal from the property. There is also no smoking and entering the building as odor can linger (ex. Marijuana). Guest will be fine and escorted of the property as well.

Are parties or events allowed?

Accepted Answer

No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guest eill be fined and be escorted off the property.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Pets are NOT allowed on this property. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning and violation fees at minimum $350.

Can I have extra guests visit?

Only registered guests are permitted inside the unit unless prior approval is given.

Are there quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM in compliance with building policy.

What happens if there is a noise complaint?

Noise complaints may result in fines, removal from the property, and/or charges passed to the booking guest.

Is ID verification required?

Yes. All reservations must be made by a verified Airbnb, VRBO and Booking profile. Additional verification may be required prior to check-in for Direct booking.
