Question 1

How do I book an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Message me via Instagram, Linktree or my phone number - 07434516826 with your preferred days/times. If you are a new client please include a photo of your hair currently and a photo of what you are looking to achieve. I will then send you my soonest availability. Please allow 24 hours for a response 🖤

Question 2

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations, late changes, or missed appointments within the 48 hour window will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost. We completely understand that life happens but cancellation policies are in place to protect our livelihood, thank you for your understanding and cooperation 🖤

Question 3

Do I need a patch test before getting my hair coloured?

Accepted Answer

If you are a new client a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colouring service even if you have had your hair coloured previously elsewhere. You can book your consultation and patch test seperately or when booking your hair appointment.

Question 4

Where can I find your pricelist?

Accepted Answer

My pricelist is highlighted on my instagram page and is broken down into 3 package services. I can advise you on which package will be best for you upon booking your appointment.
