1️⃣ Step one to prepare for your personal transformation is decluttering 🧹✨ Dedicate 1-2 days to clean up your phone, computer and home from energy of the past. Give away your old stuff. The more you give the more space you create to receive more.

2️⃣ Watch testimonials of those who successfully manifested their dreams: http://Instagram.com/thelesacademy so that your brain accepted that you’re capable to do it too🏆

3️⃣ Create a list of “Unfinished things to do”: plans, ideas, projects and promises you made that are no longer relevant. This way you return your energy from the past, allowing your brain get more focused🎯 On the first lesson of the coaching program you’ll learn what to do with that list ✏️

What is the difference between Manifestation Classes and the 4-Week Coaching Program?

1️⃣ Manifestation Classes is the 1st step to enroll for, if you’d like to learn manifestation with my guidance.

On the weekly group Zoom-meetings you listen to a lecture, try practical exercises as a group and have an opportunity to ask a question during the 15-Minute Q&A session at the end of the class.

2️⃣ The 4-Week Coaching Program is the 2nd step, which you can proceed after you attended at least one Manifestation Class. It is a deep transformational work in group of 3-5 people with similar goal (for example, you can join a group who’s goal is to manifest financial breakthrough, or a group who’s focus is on relationship or friendship; we even had a group with a goal to move abroad✈️).
