Learn the Land- Fly Fishing and Nature Guiding

I did three days of guided fishing on an island in Kristiansand. I went from zero experience with fly fishing to actually catching a lot of different species of fish. Lucas and Frey where very attentive guides and gave a really personal experience. Would definetely recommend!

Had 3x EPIC days salt water fly fishing in Kristainsand, Norway. Frej was my Guide and he was spot on 😎👍🏼🎣 took me to lots of locations, proper wild fishing then some really urban locations which was cool as never done fishing in town before. Lost count of fish I caught as there was Loads. I caught pretty much every species in the area. Thanks again for a fantastic trip. One of if not thee best guided fishing trips I have been on.

I haven’t met Lucas in person but we spoke over the phone and he was super helpful. I fly fish avidly in freshwater and am going to for the first time in saltwater soon. I reached out with some questions and he gave me a ton of advice that I can’t wait to use.

I had an amazing 3 day fly fishing guiding experience in Norway with Lucas from Learntheland. The first day he showed me how to properly saltwater fly fish (with a shooting head). The following days we absolutely smashed the saltwater fly fishing. I even achieved my personal goal to catch a Mackerel on the fly. What stood out to me was Lucas' ability to be a good fly fishing teacher, correct me in my technique as well as always providing many good spots, so we would never go home empty handed. I learned a lot from him! He knew the terrain well and always kept an eye out for my safety as well. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of fly fishing guiding in Norway. I would definitely recommend the guiding!
