Anchor: Companion Notebook: A6 paperback – ideal for keeping close by: collect the words that anchor you.: A gentle companion notebook for parents and ... and their friends and family: supportive)Mrs Claire Kilburn-YoungPaperbackA gentle companion notebook for parents and carers of neurodivergent, disabled or additional-needs children or their families. The words you don't want to forget deserve a place to stay. This notebook was created as a companion to the other books in the series, offering a quiet space to capture the thoughts, reminders and moments that matter most to you. You don't have to fill it from beginning to end. You don't have to write every day. There is no right or wrong way to use it. Perhaps you'll write down a sentence from one of the books that made you feel seen. A reminder you need on difficult days. A small victory worth remembering. Something your child said that made you smile. A thought you never want to lose. With gentle prompts woven throughout and plenty of space for your own reflections, this notebook becomes a collection of the words you want to return to when life feels overwhelming. Keep it beside your bed. Take it to appointments. Carry it in your bag. Or simply reach for it whenever something speaks to you. Because sometimes one sentence can become an anchor on the days you need it most.

The Lighthouse: The Weight Nobody Sees Dear Parent, I See You: A guided journal for the days when the world doesn't see what you're carrying for ... and their friends and family: supportive)Mrs Claire Kilburn-YoungPaperbackYou don't need another parenting book. You don't need another list of strategies, another behaviour chart, or another person telling you what to try next. You need somewhere to put down the weight you've been carrying. Permission is a compassionate companion for parents and carers of neurodivergent children. Written from one parent to another, it offers gentle reminders that you are not alone, not failing, and never expected to carry this journey without support. Inside these pages you'll find permission to: * Stop explaining yourself. * Leave early without guilt. * Trust your instincts. * Rest without earning it. * Celebrate the smallest victories. * Grieve, laugh, hope and begin again. Each reminder is a heartfelt letter, followed by a simple reflection and a reassuring thought to carry with you into the week. This isn't a book about changing your child. It isn't a book about becoming the perfect parent. It's about remembering that you matter too. Whether you're navigating diagnoses, appointments, school meetings, meltdowns, misunderstandings, or simply the invisible emotional weight of caring so deeply, this book will sit beside you with compassion, understanding and without judgement. Because sometimes the greatest gift isn't advice. It's finally feeling seen.

The Harbour Understanding the Parent or Carer Behind the Smile: Understanding and Supporting the Parents and Carers of Neurodivergent, Disabled and ... and their friends and family: supportive)claire kilburn-youngPaperbackHave you ever wondered what your friend isn't telling you? Perhaps they always seem strong. They listen to everyone else's problems. They rarely ask for help. They cancel plans, seem distant, or say they're "fine" when something doesn't quite feel right. If someone gave you this book, it isn't because they expect you to have all the answers. It's because they trust you enough to invite you into a part of their world that can be difficult to explain. The Harbour is a gentle companion for friends and family of parents and carers raising neurodivergent, disabled and additional-needs children. It isn't about blame. It isn't about getting everything right. It isn't a list of rules. Instead, it's an invitation to understand the invisible weight many parents carry every day—and to discover how small moments of curiosity, kindness and compassion can help someone feel truly seen. Inside you'll explore: This isn't a book to race through. Open it anywhere. Read one page. Pause where something speaks to you. Because sometimes the greatest gift you can give isn't advice. It's making someone feel understood. Part of the Rising with the Tide Collection The Lighthouse Offering hope. A reflective companion for parents and carers navigating the joys, grief, love and invisible weight of raising a neurodivergent child. The Anchor Helping you hold on. A companion notebook for capturing the words, reminders and moments you want to keep close. The Harbour Where someone else meets you. A compassionate guide for friends and family who want to better understand, support and walk alongside the parent or carer they love. Because hope helps us find our way. Steadiness helps us hold on. And understanding reminds us that we were never meant to weather the storm alone.
